1. About the program
BizDocs (operated by Cyberwire, LLC) offers an SMS notification program that keeps you informed about your account and your documents. This page describes what you can expect if you opt in, and applies together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Consent & opt-in
You opt in to BizDocs text messages through a clearly labeled, unchecked-by-default checkbox presented before you submit your phone number. By checking the box you agree to receive the message types described below, confirm that you are the authorized user or subscriber of the mobile number provided, and confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing or using the Service. You can use every BizDocs feature without ever opting in to text messages.
3. What we send
Messages fall into four categories:
- Account information — security alerts, sign-in notices, and billing notifications;
- Document updates — a document ready to download, or a reminder about a saved draft;
- Service notices — changes that affect your subscription or stored documents; and
- Support replies — responses to questions you’ve asked us.
We do not send marketing or promotional messages from third parties by SMS.
4. Message frequency
Frequency varies with how you use BizDocs. Most users receive approximately 2–8 messages per month. Periods of higher activity (for example, creating several documents in a week) may generate more notifications.
5. Rates & carriers
Standard message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. BizDocs and Cyberwire, LLC are not responsible for any charges from your carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers; international carrier support may vary.
6. Opting out & help
Reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any BizDocs message to stop receiving texts. You’ll get one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email help@bizdocs.com — we respond within one business day.
7. Privacy & your data
No mobile information (including phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with operational subcontractors that help us deliver messages — such as our SMS platform provider — and only for that purpose.
